ENTERTAINMENT: Bukwild Wanted By The EFCC!

Like Lagos, like Port Harcourt, the EFCC like an angry Lion is smelling blood. The aim is to clamp down on criminals now posing as lappy pressing, deadlock wearing, microphone totting youth disguising as musicians and entertainers. 

So, social media has been awash with back and forth arguments and insults between some bloggers, social media enthusiasts, comedians, artiste managers and more over what was said or not said at an event.

So, a Port Harcourt born (now Lagos based) TV presenter, Cee Classic put together an event that was supposed to serve as a launch pad for aspiring entertainers to chase their dreams but it seems, things went awry with the declarations of one of the guest speakers.

It is reported that Bukwild is quoted as saying he earns higher as a Port Harcourt based artiste than most Lagos artistes because most of them are into internet fraud and hardly make money with their music. He also claimed that at least 98% of them go into internet fraud to fund their music careers and live expensive lives on social media.

Omo! 98% large o... That's pretty much everybody including (maybe) Cee Classic (wey organize event) , Fliptyce and Osagz sef. Abi no be so? So who remain wey legit na?

Interestingly, popular Port Harcourt artiste and brand manager, Morall Allen has leapt to Bukwild's defence saying, Bukwild only said "...some of us make better money legally from music business then some Lagos artistes who focus on some illegal business and use music as a cover up. They're famous but don't go for shows. At least 85% of the artistes in Lagos... "

My people, whether it's 98% or 85%, Who safe? Who legit? Why Bukwild still de go the Lagos (abi him don return back home base?)? Why him host, Cee Classic still de Lagos? Abi is this his event a signal is his return back to Oroworukwo? 🤔

Meanwhile, feelers from Olumeni Street (if you know, you know) are that the Nigerian Eagle are getting set to invite uncle Bukwild for questioning. If he knows 98% or 85%, Naira Marley is about to have plenty company in sanko. According to a senior director at the Port Harcourt office (names withheld), "...going by Bukwild's statements at the event, he is now regarded as a high profile asset and must be cooperative with the anti graft agency and supply them with information he has or be charged with complicity in internet fraud... ". Ladies and gentlemen, my dearly beloved people of pitakwa, e don set o.

Meanwhile, Naira Marley has been remanded in prison after his court date earlier today where he pleaded not guilty to the 11 count charge brought against him. The case has been adjourned until May 30th for hearing of his bail application but in a shocking twist of events, a video circulating online (which the EFCC has declared as fake) shows him in the company of his goons supposing he has been let out on bail already!

Like I said in my first post about this yahoo issue... This na naija... If you no know who goes you, you go lap! No Jew cappings...
